The AirLink XR60 is a compact, rugged 5G router designed for fixed and mobile deployments in harsh or space-constrained environments. Supporting CBRS Band 48 and a wide range of Sub-6 GHz LTE and 5G bands, the XR60 is ideal for digital signage, surveillance systems, smart city sensors, manufacturing floors, fleet vehicles, and fixed wireless sites.

Despite its small footprint, the XR60 delivers high-speed 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and robust edge processing capabilities, ensuring reliable connectivity for mission-critical applications. Its durable IP64-rated aluminum housing and MIL-STD-810H certification make it well-suited for outdoor and industrial environments such as NEMA enclosures, utility poles, cabinets, and transit systems.

The dual-Ethernet variant features two Ethernet ports (1 Gbps + 5 Gbps), along with a quad-core ARM A53 processor, 1.2 GB of RAM, USB-C port with 45W power input and 5 Gbps LAN capability, 2x2 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6, and dual-band GNSS. It also includes dual nano SIM slots (4FF) for carrier failover, and is fully managed through AirLink OS and the AirLink Management Service (ALMS) for remote monitoring, Docker container support, and zero-touch provisioning.

• It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core ARM A53 processor with 1.2 GB of RAM and 750 MB of flash storage, providing reliable performance for both routing and edge processing tasks.
• Built-in support for Docker containers (via ALMS licensing) allows organizations to run edge applications, analytics, or custom workloads directly on the device.
• The XR60 achieves firewall throughput up to 800 Mbps and supports IPsec VPN tunnels at speeds up to 175 Mbps, with the ability to manage up to 10 simultaneous VPN connections.
• With FIPS 140-2 compliance and support for both full and split tunneling, the XR60 offers enterprise-grade security suitable for sensitive deployments.

Management & Configuration

• The XR60 runs on AirLink OS, providing an intuitive, secure platform for device configuration and monitoring.
• Each unit includes a 1-year subscription to AirLink Complete, which offers access to the AirLink Management Service (ALMS), firmware and security updates, and technical support.
• Optional upgrade to AirLink Premium, which adds enhanced analytics and same-day hardware replacement coverage.
• With Hybrid Cloud capabilities, the XR60 can be managed through centralized cloud tools while still offering on-premise control for organizations with stricter IT requirements.

Connectivity Requirements

To operate the AirLink XR60 on CBRS or cellular networks, you’ll need:

SIM Card:
Two nano SIMs (4FF) provisioned for use on a CBRS network or supported public carrier such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Southern Linc, or FirstNet Trusted. Dual-SIM failover and policy-based routing are supported. The device supports dual-SIM failover and policy-based routing, allowing it to switch seamlessly between networks to maintain continuous uptime

License or Subscription:
All XR60 units include a 1-year AirLink Complete subscription. Continued access to ALMS management, firmware updates, and extended hardware support beyond the first year requires an active subscription. AirLink Premium is optional and provides enhanced analytics and advance replacement coverage.
